Manage the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory.
Ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Check website/marketplace functionality and report technical issues.
Order Management
Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams for packing and dispatch.
Track shipments and delivery status.
Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Inventory Management
Monitor online stock levels and update inventory regularly.
Coordinate with the warehouse to avoid overselling or stock-outs.
Identify quick-moving and slow-moving products.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
