As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. From product knowledge to ensuring quick and friendly service, you will be the backbone of store operations. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a passion for outstanding service.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Product Knowledge
Carries good product knowledge and should be able to explain all products to customers.
Maintain consistency in serving size, right packing and smallware use.
To adhere to strict food safety, hygiene and grooming standards.
Cupcake icing knowledge is a must for all team members.
Customer Service & Order Fulfilment
Greet customers warmly and take orders efficiently.
Ensure order accuracy and timely service.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
Store Operations & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness in the dining, and workstation areas.
Assist in stocking inventory and managing supplies.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Follow the opening/closing checklist, wastage sheet daily.




Paying attention to every aspect of service
from cleanliness to presentation.
Responsible to maintain all smallware and equipment’s.
Teamwork & Efficiency
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Assist colleagues during peak hours to maintain speed of service.
Follow instructions from managers and supervisors effectively.
To carry out any job assigned by the Supervisor/Outlet manager
