Freight Consol Logistics Private Limited (FCL India), is a rapidly growing global logistics and freight forwarding company looking to fill a Sales Manager position. The SALES MANAGER position is a dynamic role as the key point of contact between FCL India and customers and requires someone with strong skilled acumen committed to providing value to each of our customers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess competition.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and productive service delivery.
Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
Track and report sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations,



and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Solid understanding of the freight forwarding and logistics market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
