Role Summary

The Customer Care / Retail Sales Executive will handle in-store customer interactions, assist with product sales, manage billing through Tally or POS systems, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

KRA: Task / Activities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide product information
Assist customers in selecting products
Generate invoices and manage billing through Tally / billing software:
Handle customer queries and basic support
Maintain sales records and daily billing reports
Coordinate with inventory team for stock availability
Maintain cleanliness and display of retail products

KPI: Performance Metrics
Daily and monthly sales targets
Billing accuracy
Customer satisfaction
Product knowledge and service quality
Timely reporting and documentation

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Tally and billing systems:
Valuable verbal communication skills
Customer handling skills
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred skills
Previous experience in retail sales or customer care:
Experience with POS systems
Basic accounting understanding

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
