Main Role & Responsibilities

Calling customers to get feedback on products.

Calling & finding distributors

Managing other operational work

Detailed Job Description
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product, listening to their feedback.
Answer questions about products or the company if asked by customers.
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” and contact distributors
Keep records of calls and sales and note practical information

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month (depending upon experience)
