Drive the adoption of data-driven insights across all departments by collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.




Champion the use of business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques to create intuitive dashboards and reports that provide transparent, actionable insights to stakeholders.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and big data to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Foster robust relationships with technology teams to ensure the necessary data infrastructure and tools are in place to support analytics initiatives.
