Experience Required
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO.
Experience in International Chat or Voice Support is preferred.
Key Requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift workplace.
Valuable typing and multitasking skills for Chat Support.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven BPO environment.
