Position: Service Coordinator

Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate service visits, installations, and maintenance activities.
Assign service calls to engineers/technicians and monitor job completion.
Maintain records of service requests, job status, and customer communications.
Follow up with customers regarding service schedules and closures.
Coordinate with inventory/stores for spare parts and material requirements.
Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
Track AMC and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely closure of service calls and customer issues.




Support the service team in achieving operational targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder.
Freshers can apply.
