Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and space planning for commercial office and residential projects. Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, GFCs, and detailed construction drawings. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications. Review material selections, finishes, and design details. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants. Manage project timelines and deliverables. Prepare BOQs and coordinate with estimation and procurement teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office (knowledge of Lumion/Enscape is an added advantage).

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in commercial office interiors and residential projects is mandatory. * Robust design, detailing, and coordination skills.
