Purchase Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services.
Obtain supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for technical and delivery-related requirements.
Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and update material status to stakeholders.
Support vendor visits, factory visits, and logistics activities when required.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresh graduates are eligible.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.




Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:
Eagerness to learn procurement and vendor management.
Skilled attitude and ownership of tasks.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
