A. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead electrical design Team for pharmaceutical and biotech facility projects. This role requires engineering skilled with proven expertise in electrical systems design, and multi-disciplinary project coordination. The Electrical Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical designs from concept through detailed engineering and site commissioning for pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing settings.

B. Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct the electrical design process from concept phase through detailed engineering for pharma/biotech facility projects
Prepare, review, and approve single-line diagrams, load lists, and system designs
Develop comprehensive electrical documentation including cable schedules, lighting layouts, earthing layouts, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Ensure all designs comply with pharmaceutical industry standards, GMP requirements, and applicable electrical codes (IEC, NEC, local standards)




Maintain design quality and consistency across all deliverables
Coordinate electrical systems with HVAC, process engineering, civil/structural, and cleanroom design teams
Evaluate technical bids from electrical equipment suppliers and contractors
Provide in office technical support during equipment installation and testing phases
Review and approve vendor-provided drawings and technical documentation at site

C. Required Qualifications
Min bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
Minimum 5years of experience in electrical design and engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech facility projects
Hands-on experience preparing single-line diagrams, load calculations, cable schedules, and electrical layouts
Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical industry standards
