Job Overview:
The Rec & Proofing Rep 5 will be responsible for performing L1 reconciliation activities for the Cash product, including review, investigation, follow-up, and resolution of reconciliation breaks. The role involves handling relatively complex reconciliation assignments with a direct impact on business quality, control, and timely service delivery.

The individual should demonstrate solid attention to detail, ownership, and quality focus. They may also recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, strengthen controls, and improve overall reconciliation efficiency in line with established guidelines.

Key Skills / Requirements:
L1 reconciliation experience, preferably in Cash product:
Basic understanding of payments investigation:
Working knowledge of SWIFT investigation:




Ability to operate TLM and Excel:
Exposure to AI/productivity tools such as Copilot and Stylus:
Basic understanding of Tableau, Power BI, and Xceptor-related reporting:
Ability to resolve basic to moderately complex reconciliation issues
Solid focus on quality, control, and timely break resolution
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work with mínimal supervision and manage pressure effectively

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of ICG/GCG/Internal accounts of various products assigned by the team-head
Follow up/Escalate with responsible business units on outstanding breaks according to internal procedure
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Report SLA and/or other risk control breaches to the team-head for timely investigation and escalation
Strictly follow SOPs in dail
