About the Role

Lotus Prime Digital Solutions is looking for a dynamic, confident, and skilled Marketing Assistant Cum Personal Secretary to support business development activities, client communications, executive coordination, and administrative operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Development
Identify and connect with potential customers across various industries.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Travel to different cities across India for customer visits and business development activities.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain customer databases and business contacts.
Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Support social media promotions and marketing activities.





Personal Secretary Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel schedules.
Coordinate meetings, events, and client visits.
Prepare reports, meeting notes, and business correspondence.
Maintain confidential business documents and records.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative activities.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic conversational knowledge of Kannada.
Basic conversational knowledge of Telugu or Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Qualified appearance and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or equivalent).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
