Educational Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in General Management, Marketing, or related disciplines
Ph.D. preferred/required as per position and applicable academic norms
NET/SET/Ph.D. qualifications as per regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Academic Teaching & Learning
Deliver engaging, practical, and outcome-oriented classroom sessions
Develop lesson plans, assignments, case studies, presentations, and assessment material
Integrate industry insights, business cases, and experiential learning methodologies into teaching

Student Mentorship & Academic Support
Guide students in projects, internships, research work, presentations, and academic activities
Mentor students for career development, qualified growth, and industry readiness
Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and managerial decision-making skills

Research & Academic Contribution
Participate in curriculum design and academic development initiatives
Contribute to seminars, conferences,



workshops, FDPs, and institutional events
Support research activities, publications, accreditation processes, and institutional development initiatives

Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain academic records, attendance, assessments, and documentation
Ensure academic discipline, quality standards, and effective classroom management
Collaborate with faculty members and academic teams for departmental growth

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage and mentor students effectively
Solid academic orientation with practical business understanding

Experience Requirements
Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions preferred
