JOB DESCRIPTION - PROCESS CO-ORDINATOR

Department: Administration

Qualification: BCom / BSc / MCom

Experience: 1 to 3 Year in Any Process Industry at Admin Level / HR Level

Reporting to: Managing Director / Director

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
As per Instructions given by MD, Ensure processes are followed at plant level.
Ensure Trackers are up-to date at all times.
Identify and resolve where projects are stuck.
Escalate issues to the management.
Create Daily reports for management.
Speak to employees and drive them towards solutions.
Lead, manage and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing energetic calendars of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging itineraries and agendas and compiling meeting documentation.
Schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of MD.
Ensure all projects/assignments are evaluated and presented to him in a summarized manner and aid in making sound business decisions.




Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and other departments, demonstrating leadership and empathy to foster credibility, trust, and support with staff.
Edit and complete drafts for written communications to stakeholders.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD including those of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Prioritize conflicting requests and handle matters within scope proactively.
Create, edit, and maintain communications such as reports and presentations.
Tech Savvy with Valuable Computer Skills (VC Tools, MS Office, Etc.)
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to communicate clearly and focus on results; positive and professional disposition in every situation
