Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall sales activities and daily operations of the Ahmedabad branch.
Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Assign leads and sales targets to team members.
Monitor customer inquiries, follow-ups, quotations and booking conversions.
Develop strategies to increase sales of domestic and international tour packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, travel agents and business partners.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
Train sales executives on destinations, packages, customer handling and sales techniques.
Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers.
Handle significant customer queries, complaints and escalations.
Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa and accounts teams for smooth booking execution.




Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Identify new markets, corporate clients and business development opportunities.
Ensure that the branch follows company policies, processes and service standards.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new sales employees.
Required Skills:

Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Ability to manage sales targets and branch performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, visas and travel operations.
