What You’ll Do
Design static posts, carousels, and visual assets for social media platforms.
Create lifestyle & culture-led content like memes.
Copy writing for social media posts & ads.
Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos (basic gear or phone is fine).
Cover BTS & short form videos at VRO events, launches, brand Ips, etc (shoot + edit).
On-camera comfort (vox-pop,



casual interviews, conversations).
Can use AI tools for image & video generation.
Translate brand ideas into clean, mínimal visuals.
Collaborate closely with the social & marketing team.
Maintain visual consistency across platforms.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Understanding of men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, or lifestyle spaces.
Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
Can make content sound funny & feel relatable through humorous copy writing & meme marketing.
Positive understanding of Instagram formats & trends (without chasing noise).
Ability to work fast without compromising taste.
Someone who enjoys being on-ground, not just behind a screen.
Solid communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
