Job Title: Centre Manager

Job Purpose

The Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations, administration, and overall management of the childcare centre. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of child safety, managing corporate partnerships, supervising staff, and driving enrolment growth through marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare centre to ensure a secure, clean, and nurturing setting.
Maintain all mandatory compliance documents and hygiene records, including Water Testing, Air Testing, and RO Servicing logs.
Ensure the facility adheres to corporate compliance and health and safety standards.

Academic & Ratio Compliance
Maintain required teacher/ adult ratios across all age groups at all times.
Oversee classroom scheduling and effective resource deployment.

Corporate Relationship & Data Management




Maintain and share accurate attendance records and documentation for children and parents under corporate tie-ups.
Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) statements to corporate partners according to agreed timelines and requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and address parent queries professionally.

Team Management & HR
Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation and records for all center staff.
Implement engagement and support strategies to minimize teacher and staff attrition.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff to maintain high instructional quality.

Marketing & Center Growth
Plan and conduct events, workshops, and marketing activities to increase center visibility and drive recent admissions.
Conduct center tours for prospective parents and corporate partners to showcase offerings and convert leads.
