Manage counter sales and assist walk-in customers.
Prepare and generate sales invoices using Tally Prime.
Maintain accurate records of sales and billing transactions.
Prepare and process accurate and timely invoices for customers
Collect and verify billing information from various teams
Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
Maintain customer accounts by updating account information as needed
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience in billing or accounting roles.
Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic Knowledge of GST is Plus Point.
Tally Prime is must.
