What You'll Do:
This position is a people manager role reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Engineering.
Responsibility
Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of full-stack and Salesforce engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
Lead experimentation and integration of contemporary AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows into the GTM ecosystem




Design and develop scalable backend services, microservices, and domain logic layers using Node.js and AWS cloud infrastructure
Treat Apex as a robust server-side programming setting rather than a mere scripting tool
Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise-grade, code-driven UI components using React, Angular, and Lightning Web Components (LWC/LWR) with an emphasis on scalable frontend orchestration
Architect and implement API-first, event-driven integrations across distributed systems using REST, Node.js services, AWS infrastructure, and Salesforce Platform Events
Design systems capable of handling high-volume, enterprise-scale workloads, including bulk data processing, asynchronous patterns, and proactive performance optimization
Own the end-to-end SDLC. Drive CI/CD automation (GitHub, SFDX), implement observability patterns (Datadog), manage technical debt, and enforce rigorous cod
