Key responsibilities
Sales + targets: Drive daily/monthly revenue goals. Plan promotions, visual merchandising, and upselling strategies
Team management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store staff. Handle conflicts + performance reviews
Operations: Open/close store, manage cash, POS, billing, and banking. Ensure SOPs for housekeeping + security
Inventory + merchandising: Control stock levels, do cycle counts, minimize shrinkage, manage replenishment + POs
Customer experience: Handle escalations, complaints, returns. Build loyalty and keep store NPS high
Compliance: Follow company policies, labor laws, safety + fire norms. Maintain store audit scores
Reporting: Share daily sales, footfall, conversion, shrinkage, and expense reports with regional manager
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
