About the Role

We are a UK-based retail group with stores in London, setting up a dispatch and stock-processing

department at our Delhi premises. We're looking for a Merchandiser to handle article creation and

coordinate customer and purchase orders — a role requiring genuine product knowledge of clothing.
Key Responsibilities_
Create accurate article descriptions for incoming stock — correctly identifying garment type (e.g. saree,

lehenga, anarkali, suit, dupatta), fabric, and colour for each piece
Enter article data into our ERP system: supplier name, purchase price, PO reference, product photo,

and category/description
Check every customer order against the corresponding supplier order and order sheet before dispatch
Assist in tracking outstanding purchase orders (POs)




Follow up with suppliers and customers on order status and timing
Requirements_
Practical, hands-on knowledge of Indian clothing/garment types, fabrics, and terminology — essential for this role
Comfortable with basic documentation and data entry
Robust attention to detail and follow-up discipline
Prior experience in fashion, garment, or clothing retail preferred
