Core Responsibilities
Bill Preparation: Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final bills in alignment with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and contract milestones.
Site Measurement & Verification: Take physical measurements in office, verify quantities claimed by subcontractors against engineering drawings, and record them in Measurement Books (MB).
Material Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain periodic reconciliation statements for building materials (e.g., steel, cement) to track consumption against theoretical requirements.
Rate Analysis: Assist in analyzing the rates for extra or non-tender items based on material, labor, and overhead costs.
Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project costs against budgets, identify financial discrepancies, and assist Project Managers in preventing cost overruns.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between site engineers, contractors, clients, and the finance department to ensure invoices are certified and payments are received on time.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
