About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads
Explain company services clearly and professionally
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain call records and update customer information
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Handle customer queries and provide basic support
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead updates

Requirements:
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and marathi
Basic computer knowledge
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
