Primary Requirement:
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Solid communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Capable of handling international customer correspondence and follow-ups.
Positive presentation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM systems.

Job Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and sales orders.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely execution of orders.
Maintain sales MIS reports and order tracking records.
Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
Prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
