Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HVAC service & maintenance operations.
Handle installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
Manage Service Engineers, Technicians & Site Teams.
Plan and monitor AMC & preventive maintenance activities.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Provide technical solutions for major HVAC breakdowns.
Monitor service quality, team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with clients, project, sales and technical teams.
Prepare service reports, quotations and technical documentation.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC / Refrigeration or related field.

10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC Service & Maintenance.





Experience in managing service teams and customer interactions.

Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel to customer/site locations as required.
