Drive student admissions and achieve branch-level sales and enrollment targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the admission counselling/sales team to improve conversions.
Handle student and parent counselling for classroom and competitive exam preparation programs.
Manage lead allocation, follow-ups, walk-ins, tele-counselling, and conversion activities.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.
Develop local marketing and outreach activities to generate current admission leads.
Conduct seminars, school activities, promotional events, and other lead-generation initiatives.
Maintain solid relationships with students, parents, schools, and local stakeholders.




Ensure effective CRM management and timely follow-up of prospective students.
Support the Branch Manager in overall branch operations, revenue growth, and team performance.

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per month
