About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely follow-up and execution of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information with complete discretion.
Organize domestic travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
Track pending assignments and proactively follow up with concerned teams.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and executive summaries as required.
Handle multiple priorities efficiently while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Extend executive support beyond regular office hours whenever business requirements demand.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary to senior leadership.





Education
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA or Executive Secretarial qualifications will be an added advantage.

Essential Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Solid interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
High level of professionalism and business etiquette.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Resident of Gurugram or nearby locations, for ease of commute and availability.
Well-groomed with a professional personality and strong executive presence.
