Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with provided leads to explain services and generate interest
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients
Coordinate effectively with the sales team for lead conversion and updates
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Update and manage data in CRM systems
Maintain call records and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a similar role
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge is a must (MS Excel, Word, etc.)




Experience in CRM handling is required
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Robust coordination and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
