About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms, websites, and ad campaigns.
Handle camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording during shoots.
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and brand content.
Edit raw footage into polished videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound effects.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts.
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements.
Organize and maintain video files and project assets.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
Knowledge of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
Understanding of social media content formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading.
Solid creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in D2C brands, digital marketing agencies, or content production companies is a plus.
Portfolio showcasing videography and video editing work.
