Key Responsibilities:
Beam Saw Operation:
Operate beam saw machines to cut various materials according to specifications.
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before cutting.
Adjust saw blades, speed, and feed rates as needed for different materials.
Perform routine maintenance on the machine to ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Keep accurate records of materials used and production output.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating beam saw in a furniture manufacturing setting.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.




Basic computer skills for machine programming and record-keeping.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing workplace.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with specific CNC programming languages and software.
Familiarity with different types of materials used in furniture manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
