Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable services or solutions.
Conduct follow-ups and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Research market trends and identify current business opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
