The Finance Manager will lead financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, treasury management, and strategic finance initiatives. This role will play a critical part in supporting business decisions, AI infrastructure investments, digital transformation initiatives, and the overall financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Prepare financial models, business cases, and investment analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor business performance against budgets and provide variance analysis and actionable insights.
Develop management reports, MIS dashboards, and financial presentations for leadership.

Accounting & Financial Operations
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with accounting standards.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination,



and working capital management.

Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure timely filing of returns, reports, and statutory disclosures.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management
Monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements.
Manage banking relationships and financial transactions.
Support fundraising activities, investor reporting, and financial due diligence processes.
Optimize working capital and ensure effective fund utilization.

Technology, AI & Business Transformation
Partner with leadership and technology teams to support financial planning for AI infrastructure, innovation programs, cloud initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
