Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student inquiries.
Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Address student concerns and provide proper guidance throughout the counseling journey.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM knowledge preferred)
Strong follow-up and lead management skills

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in academic counseling/admission counseling/sales counseling preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
