Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, social media, networking, and other lead generation activities.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and qualify potential leads.
Manage B2B sales by developing relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
Handle D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales by assisting walk-in customers and online inquiries.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
Track leads throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
Schedule meetings and product presentations with prospective clients.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and CRM reports.
Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations,



and sales activities.
Assist in day-to-day office administration and store operations, including customer handling, stock coordination, and documentation.
Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid lead generation, sales, and follow-up abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM software.
Valuable negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of B2B and D2C sales processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
Sales or Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.
