Principal Responsibilities:
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
Support delivery by validating technical feasibility and helping optimize solution design
Assist with drafting solution design documents and participating in solution build activities
Build positive working relationships with the Skilled Services team, clients, and partners
Understand project management needs, project tasks, and deliverables
Engage with Qualified Services stakeholders and relevant internal teams to update processes and documentation
Contribute to process improvement and delivery efficiency
Learn existing and emerging technologies and JAGGAER products on a regular basis
Provide feedback to help improve solution delivery
