Job Description - Lab Technician

Job Location: Kota, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full time / Part time
Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics

Job Responsibilities
Collect blood, urine, stool and other clinical samples as required.
Perform routine laboratory tests according to established procedures.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Prepare samples, reagents and test materials.
Ensure accurate testing, documentation and reporting of results.
Maintain proper patient/sample identification and records.
Follow laboratory safety, hygiene and infection-control protocols.
Perform quality-control checks and report discrepancies to the senior staff.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the laboratory.
Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and biomedical waste.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff.




Maintain adequate stock of laboratory consumables and reagents.

Required Qualifications
DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
Relevant laboratory experience preferred.
Freshers may also apply, depending on the role.
Good knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
Basic computer knowledge for laboratory records and reports.
