Innov8 is one of India's leading premium flexible workspace providers, offering creative coworking solutions for startups, SMEs, and large enterprises. We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and corporate partnerships across our Mumbai centres.

Role Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales, achieving occupancy targets, and expanding Innov8's presence across Mumbai. The role requires a consultative sales approach, solid networking skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Drive seat sales and occupancy across assigned Innov8 centres.
Identify and acquire new clients including startups, SMEs, GCCs, and enterprise organizations.
Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, brokers, IPCs, networking events, and partnerships.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.





Sales & Revenue Management
Conduct client meetings, workspace tours, and solution-based presentations.
Negotiate commercials and close high-value leasing opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, agreements, and sales documentation.
Ensure timely collections and revenue realization.

Relationship Management
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR, Admin, Procurement, and Founders.
Maintain robust relationships with channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and real estate consultants.
Drive client retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Identify recent business clusters and expansion opportunities across Mumbai.
Share market insights with leadership to improve sales strategy.
