JOB ROLE: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Shift: US Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new US staffing clients while building long-term business relationships.
Understand client hiring requirements and present Key2Source INC.'s staffing solutions.
Conduct lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Stay updated on US staffing market trends and industry best practices.

Must-Have Skills
2 years to 5 years of experience in US Sales, Business Development, or US Staffing Sales.
Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




Strong B2B sales and client relationship management skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in a US Night Shift from the Jaipur office.
Robust follow-up, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
