Position: Senior Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivables (AR)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivables (AR) processes.
Prepare and process customer invoices/commercial invoices accurately in SAP ERP.
Generate and maintain Credit Notes and Debit Notes as per business requirements.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-up for collections.
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing and payment-related queries.
Perform accounts reconciliation and ensure accuracy in receivable balances.
Manage inventory accounting/reconciliation and coordinate with relevant departments.
Track customer payments and maintain aging reports.
Ensure timely receipt allocation and account adjustments.
Prepare AR MIS reports and collection reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.




Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth financial transactions.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance AR efficiency.

Required Skills:
Robust expertise in Accounts Receivables (AR).
Hands-on experience in:
Billing & Commercial Invoicing
Credit Notes & Debit Notes
Collections & Payment Follow-ups
Inventory Management/Reconciliation
Customer Account Reconciliation
SAP ERP is mandatory.:
Robust knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and commercial documentation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter will be an added advantage.
