About the Role

Kohl & Spice is an early-stage Indian beauty brand in skincare & bodycare. We're looking for a highly creative person to lead Kohl & Spice's social media presence and content strategy.

This role is responsible for ensuring every piece of content, from product launches to everyday posts, feels premium, consistent and aligned with the brand. You'll work closely with the founder to plan campaigns, create content concepts, manage asset production and maintain a strong visual identity across platforms.

Responsibilities:
Lead content planning and social media strategy
Develop creative concepts for product launches and campaigns
Create moodboards, references, shot lists and creator briefs
Coordinate with video editors, designers, creators and freelancers
Ensure consistency in visual style, storytelling and brand identity
Source and organize content assets for organic and paid media




Stay on top of social, beauty and culture trends
Manage content calendars and launch timelines

Requirements:
Experience in social media, content, branding or creative strategy
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of Instagram content
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to turn ideas into explicit content plans and executions
Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands is a plus

Someone who understands both content and branding, has outstanding taste, pays attention to details, and can ensure Kohl & Spice consistently shows up online with high-quality, impactful content.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
