Assistant Centre Head/ Branch Head

This role is a full-time job for Kharadi in Pune. It entails supervision and management of one of our day-care cum preschool branches. This position is ONLY FOR FEMALES
Duties include parent engagement, team management of 20 members, upholding highest standards of supervision, care, learning, and nutrition along with the Assistant Centre Manager
Experience in MS Office ,Excel mandatory
Experience from education industry is most appreciated
Must have a strong command over English, demonstrated ability to manage large team and customers with high expectations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), ECCE, Teacher Training Course, Child Psychology/ Paediatrician/ any other field
