Job Title: Graphics & VFX Faculty

Job Summary

Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in the VFX / Film / Post-Production industry.
Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in a reputed training institute or educational organization.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions in VFX.
Train students on industry-standard VFX software and production pipelines.
Guide students in creating skilled showreels and portfolio projects.
Conduct assignments, assessments, and project reviews.
Mentor students for internships, placements, and growth opportunities.
Stay updated with the latest VFX tools, workflows, and industry trends.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and training quality.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Good understanding of Compositing, Rotoscoping, Matchmoving, Motion Graphics, Green Screen Keying, Camera Tracking,



Paint & Cleanup, Color Correction, and VFX Pipeline.
Basic knowledge of 3D integration using Autodesk Maya or Blender will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust mentoring, problem-solving, and classroom management abilities.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in VFX, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.
Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
Industry-oriented mindset with practical production experience.
Positive attitude, leadership skills, and a commitment to student success.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
