-Handle complete visa processing procedures for multiple international destinations including the US, UK, Schengen, Middle East, and Asia-Pacific countries.
-Verify, scrutinize, and organize client documents as per embassy and consulate requirements.
-Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, embassy guidelines, visa rules, and processing timelines.

Coordination & Client Handling
-Coordinate with clients, travel consultants, and internal teams to collect and verify required documents.
-Handle client queries, escalations, and follow-ups professionally and efficiently.

Required Skills & Competencies
-Robust knowledge of visa documentation and procedures for major international destinations.




-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Positive organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Good understanding of international geography and travel operations.
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in Visa Processing and Travel Operations.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
