The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The role involves handling guest concerns, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
Monitor front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance activities.
Ensure hotel standards and SOPs are followed by all staff.
Pay: ₹10,388.33 - ₹12,000.00 per month
