Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor daily production plans to meet manufacturing targets.
Supervise MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Arc Welding operations on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and welding quality standards.
Monitor fabrication activities and optimize production processes.
Reduce welding defects, rework, scrap, and machine downtime.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments for smooth operations.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and OEE initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain production records, reports,



and documentation.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, EHS policies, and quality requirements.
