Role Purpose

To manage the day-to-day administration and facilities operations of the India Campus,

ensuring effective infrastructure management, smooth administrative services, vendor

coordination, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and operational support to provide a secure,

clean, secure and productive setting for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Administration & Campus Operations
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the India Campus.
Ensure smooth functioning of offices, classrooms, meeting rooms and common areas.
Maintain office assets, furniture, records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate space allocation, seating arrangements and workplace readiness.
Ensure high standards of campus administration and operational efficiency.
Facilities Management
Coordinate housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC,



DG and other facility

services.
Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of campus infrastructure.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and overall upkeep of the campus.
Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and monitor service quality.
Ensure all facilities remain safe, functional and operational at all times.
Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related services.
Obtain quotations and support vendor selection in accordance with company policies.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
Coordinate work completion, documentation and vendor payment processes.
Maintain effective working relationships with all service partners.
Security & Safety
Coordinate campus security operations and visitor management.
Ensure CCTV systems, access control and security procedures are functioning

effectively.
