Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers
Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
Manage material usage and site inventory efficiently
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
Robust knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Valuable communication and team coordination skills
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
