Position: Debt Recovery Team Leader

Department: Collections and Recoveries

Key Requirements:
Experience in Dubai Banking Collections and Recovery is a plus point.

Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies and processes.
Regularly review and update recovery policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Team Management:
Lead, train, and supervise a team of debt recovery agents.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Case Management:
Oversee and manage complex and high-value debt recovery cases.
Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and defaulters to negotiate payment plans and settlements.





Client Relations:
Maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with recovery services.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding debt recovery issues.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on recovery progress and team performance for senior management.
Analyze recovery data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
