Role Overview

The Placement Officer is responsible for driving student placements by identifying opportunities, connecting with employers, and ensuring students are fully prepared and responsive.

This is a high-responsibility role that requires managing both employers and students, while consistently delivering placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Employer Outreach & Prospect Creation




Identify job openings through job portals, LinkedIn, and market research
Reach out to HRs, hiring managers, and business owners
Build and maintain long-term relationships with companies:
Present ATI Skills students and training effectively
Student Management & Motivation
Build robust rapport so students listen, trust, and take action:
Ensure students attend interviews on time and take prospects seriously:
Motivate and push students to overcome hesitation and laziness
Help students understand industry reality vs expectations (salary, roles, growth)
Interview Preparation & Feedback Loop
Guide students on how to attend interviews, expected questions, and behavior
Collect detailed feedback after every interview (questions asked, skills required, gaps)
Share insights with students to improve their performance
Provide continuous inputs to the training team based on market requiremen
